Project ObjectiveAssess the hazard of a slope impinging on extractive operations, infrastructures or high value property.
Project ScopeThe slopes contained many natural and man made hazard that are threatening workers, operations, recreational users and the residential area underneath. Clients did not know how to prioritize or quantify risks and needed support for policies, decision making.
ResultRiskope created common risk process across all areas against all users allowing better allotment of mitigative funds and crisis plans.
